Monday – Friday @ 5:15am
Saturday @ 8am & 9:30am
Sunday @ 11am
CrossFit Classes- NIGHTS
Monday - Friday @ 5pm
Monday - Thursday @ 6:30pm
OPEN GYM
Weekdays @ 3:30pm & for 30mins between classes
Sunday @ 12pm
